This would be a fantastic way to covertly send messages between players without attracting undue attention. If we're still playing the "agents come after us after we destroy the ring or whatever we were going to do" card, that would probably become a necessity. Of course, we would also need a way to send these messages. Carrier wingbeasts?

We have a system that allows us to create literally anything, limited only by our own ingenuity. I'm preeeetty sure someone (probably Nereus/Nicekat XD) could come up with some sort of device that would allow us to exchange these without fear of interception.

Of course, fear of interception would be a useful plot tool...

So...I might have come up with a useful plot device? Also, if you break the bottle after hearing the message, the message is utterly destroyed - no way to recover it. Good for being sly?

Or, you know, we could just use email and Trollian. Or come up with a viable reason to use old-fashioned communication :p

Two more hornkind ideas:

[Trombone] || [Troll Deep Purple CD] = Smoke on the Water

It's a flamethrower. But a really crappy one; the lighter portion of it keeps melting the brass, making the whole damn thing useless. Also it's a really bad joke.

[Trombone] || [Fireworks] = Orchestral Decimator

This modified trombone shoots fireworks! Or, more accurately, shoots a *singular* firework, because the force of the firework busts open the bell of the instrument, making it useless for more fireworks, and indeed useless as a trombone.
[[This is taken from an urban legend, where an orchestra was playing the Stars and Stripes Forever or another suitably patriotic song. Omne of the trombones got it in his head that he'd stick a firework in his bell and set it off, add to the special effects. When he did light it and set it off, it didn't go up as he intended. Instead, the trombone exploded, the force propelling the firework straight forward, through half of the orchestra, messing the hell out of /their/ instruments, before finally the firework hit the conductor, sending him flying out into the audience. Truly a spectacle to behold. But at least no one died.]]

Okay, but seriously, I have a few ideas for you, TDL:

1: Swordchucks. No, seriously. They're horrendously impractical, and also not a real thing, but they're so cool. They're swords. on the end of nunchaku. So. Cool.

2: I know Waspmom dies, because Waspsprite, but does Mothmom kick the bucket as well? Or shed her skin, or lose any body parts, or anything really. Scavenging her for alchemization parts would yield some pretty kickass things, I'll bet.

3: Steal things from Leland to use. I'm going to guess that theft is probably proper kismetic ettiquette.

4: Make some punch daggers or "hidden blades" (if you're not familiar with Assassin's Creed, it's basically a wrist-mounted spring-powered extendable knife. They'd probably compliment Aerona's fighting style, seeing as she uses wrist-mounted blades anyway.

Well, yeah, but I imagine it's hard to use an Assassin's Creed-style wrist dagger if you've already got a big honking blade coming off your wrist at a different angle.

There really isn't ever enough talk of non-essential alchemizing that isn't even weapons.

I have two different ideas for liquor that Nereus could alchemize, but I have no ideas for describing them or what they do.
