I'm only slightly confused right now, Snuff, but what's with the tie-breaker when there'll be three mods? Since three is the number of counting, and the number of counting shall be three?

Actually, do we really need a tiebreaker between Lunar and Royal? They were both in first, so that leaves one.
TDL and I were tied right behind them, so shouldn't we vote between us?

Well, I wanted to just give everyone two (three) votes and pick the top two (three? I'm confused, I thought I was included in the mod number? Or did we decide the opposite?) but it wasn't possible to limit the votes beyond one vote per person, so I figured we'd run a poll for each individual mod.

Do we actually NEED mods?

Like look at us. Theres 12 of us. We're not going to go here except for business. If there is any insubordination then snuff has shown he will take care of it.

Mods aren't needed. Were all adults, we can take care of ourselves.

I think it would be best to just have another Admin, especially since the Three Mods thing I initially said was mostly a joke.

Now that, you know, we've jumped through all of these hoops to vote for three separate mods. XD

Yeah, we only really need one other admin to balance out the power.

Why would we need 4 staff members?

Volks, that was uncalled for. If someone tells me they plan to take a particular course of action when there are no other apparent variables to interfere, I'm going to pay them the basic respect of believing them.

Is one other admin the course of action we're going to take? I'm perfectly happy to go that route as opposed to the initial three-mod idea, but I would like to know if people prefer another idea before we commence the process this time.
