(written before Ninja) Probably a good idea, yeah. In the interests of comparability and time efficiency, we should probably give them a deadline by which time to complete a char sheet.

I also have a friend who has been working on a fantroll and is interested in Sboard. Is it too late to consider a 4th contender?

Besides making the decision harder, I don't see any reason why not to include him/her.

If we are going with the character sheet deadline thing, we should agree on a sheet and a deadline ASAP. I say agree on a sheet even though we already have a bunch of filled out ones because everyobdy seems to have done theirs slightly differently so far. Unless we just want to tell them to look at the doc and follow the examples there?

I was under the impression we were going to just give them a blank version of the outline we used. Between all the current members of Sboard, there isn't a whole lot of variation on that. I added a section to describe my Lusus and Respiteblock in addition to the rest of the hive, and that's about it.

I gave THIS BASIC INFO OUTLINE to both Laurie and TDLBallistic to pass on to crpdude. It's got the basics, and since to make it even we'd need a Derse dreamer, that's already filled in.

SOMEWHAT RELEVANT ANNOUNCEMENT: My family and I are taking off to places for spring break, so for the next week my internet situation is up in the air. I'll try to come here as often as possible, but tomorrow, for example, I'll likely be totally unable to.

My friend literally just moved and doesn't have internet quite yet. She has the outline, though, and most of it is filled in. I'll get it from her soon and share it.

I propose that we make sure everyone has the materials they need to get their entry in, and then give them a week. That should be ample time even if they just spend an hour or two brainstorming every day.
